Interlingua ist eine naturalistische Plansprache, die 1951 von der International Auxiliary Language Association (IALA) veröffentlicht wurde. Ihr Wortschatz beruht auf dem gemeinsamen internationalen Vokabular, das vor allem die großen romanischen Sprachen sowie Englisch und Latein teilen. Geschrieben wird sie im lateinischen Alphabet.
